GHR Search is currently partnered with a premiere Retirement Community Organization located in the greater Washington, DC region seeking an experienced Nursing Leadership Professional for an Interim Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) assignment.
This opportunity is an immediate start, with 12 weeks guaranteed.
About the building:
- Large Skilled Nursing Facility; more than 300 beds
- Stable Nursing Leadership Team including a seasoned Director of Nursing, ADON and Unit Managers
- Short term rehab and long term care
- High volume of admissions in short term rehab
- Average ratings
Interim NHA Compensation:
- Weekly pay, Premium rates
- Overtime Eligible
- Mileage reimbursement for some contracts
- Benefits after 30 days
- 401k after 30 days
Interim NHA Qualifications:
- Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) in Washington, DC
- 3+ years of NHA experience with a successful survey history
- Ability to motivate staff and drive resident and family satisfaction
- Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills
- Ability to provide three (3) positive professional references
- Completion of compliance checklist prior to your first day
