In-patient Rehabilitation Supervisor- PT/OT/SLP

This is an excellent opportunity to provide exceptional leadership at one of the premier hospitals in the Chicagoland area. Their focus is on providing quality patient care, outcomes, and overall patient satisfaction. You will lead the in-patient therapy department team comprised of PTs, OTs and SLPs, as well as supporting staff, and oversee all three levels of care. In-patient rehab management or supervisory experience is ideal.

• Duties and Responsibilities
• Orients and mentors staff assigned to the team.
• Provides regular ongoing supervision and support
• Conducts team members annual performance evaluations
• Provides continuous guidance to staff
• Collaborates with other members of management to ensure patient safety and quality patient care.
• Works with the Manager and other Team Leads to ensure smooth patient transition across the continuum of care
• Participates in interviews and hiring of new staff
• Assures appropriate utilization of clinical support personnel (i.e., PTAs/COTAs/Aides)

Salary: $80,000 to $110,000 /year
