Healthcare Recruiter (Contract or Direct Hire)

A large, highly reputable healthcare system is seeking an experienced Professional Healthcare Recruiter to join their organization. This organization has a great reputation for providing the highest quality healthcare services throughout their various hospitals and satellite facilities throughout the state of New Jersey.

They are seeking an experienced Professional Recruiter that comes with at least 3-5 years of experience recruiting health care professionals with various level of experience, staff level through executive.

Responsibilities include:
- Identifying, sourcing and recruiting qualified talent for various levels of healthcare professionals - staff level through leadership
- Recruitment of both non-clinical and clinical backgrounds, i.e. Registered Nurses, Physical & Occupational Therapists, Speech Language Pathologists, Psychologists, Nurse Practitioners, etc.).
- In addition to sourcing and recruitment functions, the healthcare recruiter will also be responsible for assisting with the coordination of interviews, onboarding and other HR functions.

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00a – 4:30p

Salary: $65,000 - $95,000/yr
