Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant - Home-Based Urgent Care

A reputable, multi-state health network is seeking experienced, career-focused Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to join their team in Sacramento County, CA. Provide high-quality, home-based urgent care, delivering comprehensive health assessments and treatments for a wide range of injuries and illnesses. Job Details

• Schedule: Full-time, (14) 10-hr days/month
• Base Salary: $133,000 - $158,000/yr + Additional Compensation for extra shifts each month!
• Sign-On Bonus: $15,000
• Location: Sacramento County, CA
• Employment Type: Permanent. Full-time 

Job Requirements

• Minimum of two years of experience as an Advanced Practice Provider (APP) in Emergency Department, Urgent Care, Internal Medicine, or related fields
• Advanced degree from an accredited institution
• Current unrestricted state license as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
• National board certification
• Current BLS required; ACLS certification preferred
• Prescriptive authority and DEA
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 50 pounds
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive health assessments, diagnosis, treatment, and outcome management for patients of all ages
• Perform point-of-care laboratory studies, minor procedures, splinting, wound care, suturing, and IV fluid and medication administration
• Facilitate timely follow-up and care coordination
• Collaborate with Medical Technicians to deliver high-quality care
