GHR Search is currently partnered with a large, for-profit Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) in Philadelphia, PA seeking an experienced Nursing Leadership Professional for a full-time, permanent Director of Nursing (DON).

DON Salary & Compensation:

• $135k - $150k, depending on experience

The Ideal DON:

• Valid Pennsylvania RN license
• 3+ years of experience as a Director of Nursing, or similar role
• 3+ years of Long-Term Care experience
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong leadership and supervisory abilities
