Are you an experienced nursing leader ready to step into a key role in a respected Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC)? We are seeking a Director of Nursing to oversee the skilled nursing unit, driving quality care and supporting a dedicated team in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the clinical operations of a skilled nursing unit, ensuring compliance with healthcare standards and maintaining a high level of resident care.
- Lead and mentor your team, including the ADON and nursing staff, to ensure a supportive and productive work environment.
- Collaborate with leadership to implement policies and procedures that align with best practices in skilled nursing care.
- Serve as the clinical lead for the unit, addressing resident needs, managing staffing, and ensuring smooth daily operations.
Qualifications:
- RN Licensure
- Background in skilled nursing or rehabilitation care.
- Leadership experience, such as an ADON or Unit Manager role, with a track record of managing clinical staff and resident care.
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with a passion for providing the highest level of resident care.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary Range: $120K–$150K (flexible based on experience).
- Performance Bonus: Up to 15% annually.
