We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Clinic Director to lead an established outpatient physical therapy clinic in Henry County, GA. Job Details

• Salary Range: $100,000 per year
• Bonus Potential: Up to $22,500 annually
• Clinical Ownership: 20-25%
• Schedule: Full-time, Monday - Friday

Job Requirements

• Doctorate or Master's in Physical Therapy
• 5+ years of proven experience with a track record of exceptional patient care
• Desire to own and run a clinic
• Commitment to education and training with a desire to grow as a Physical Therapist

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow the outpatient physical therapy clinic
• Provide input on clinic setup, including location and layout
• Manage quality of care, ensuring patient-centered approaches
• Hire and manage clinic staff
• Support marketing initiatives and maintain relationships with key physicians
• Oversee scheduling and treatments to enhance patient experience
• Manage clinic budget and financial health
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations
• Foster a collaborative and positive work environment
• Handle patient feedback and complaints professionally
