Responsibilities
- Give input on: Medical Director, Clinic location and Clinic layout
- Selection and ordering of clinic equipment
- Taking Control of Quality of Care in their own clinics
- All the normal responsibilities of a PT, plus hiring and managing the right staff
- Increasing Volume
- Profitability of his or her clinics
- Promote clients’ healthy lifestyle by improving strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination
- Consult and practice with other health professionals
- Evaluate effects and monitor and communicate progress
- Document patient care services
Skills
- Proven work experience as a physical therapist/clinic director
- Strong physician referral network
- Intensive education and clinical expertise
- Ability to manage employees and patients with different types of personalities
- Current knowledge of treatment practices
- Drive to continually learn and grow
- Professional behavior
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Valid license to practice physical therapy
- Graduate degree or greater in physical therapy
