Clinical Director – Home Health

A highly reputable, multi-state healthcare organization is seeking a licensed Nursing Home Administrator for their Home Health division in the state of Delaware!

This organization has a wonderful reputation for providing quality, patient-focused care throughout all of their territories. As the Director, you will be responsible for oversight and support of all daily operations within this specific branch, including office/administrative team, marketing and clinical oversight and support.

Direct Reports: Office Manager, Marketing Support Team, 2 Clinical Nurse Managers

Experience: The ideal candidate will be a DE state licensed RN and come with a strong clinical background in home health, at least 4-5 years of experience. AT least 2-3 years of experience in a Management or Director level role is highly preferred. Marketing knowledge and experience, highly desired.

Salary: $85,000 - $105,000/yr

Qualifications:

• DE licensed Registered Nurse
• BSN highly preferred
• At least 3-5 years of supervisory or health service administration experience in home health or a related program.
• A strong knowledge and understanding of long term care and continuing care retirement communities
• At strong knowledge base and understanding of Medicare
