Invasive Cardiovascular Technologist – Cath Lab

Schedule: Monday–Friday, with flexible scheduling (shifts such as 7:00 AM–4:00 PM or 8:00 AM–6:00 PM

A respected community-based healthcare system is seeking an Invasive Cardiovascular Technologist to join their Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory. As an integral member of the cardiovascular care team, you will work closely with physicians and nursing staff to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care and advanced interventional cardiology procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare the Cath Lab and equipment for procedures, maintaining cleanliness and adequate inventory

• Function as a scrub assistant during diagnostic, interventional, and other catheterization procedures

• Operate the hemodynamic monitoring equipment and manage the control room

• Provide high-quality radiographic imaging while adhering to safety and quality assurance standards

• Review orders, explain procedures, answer patient questions, and deliver a positive patient experience

• Maintain accurate records of images, reports, equipment checks, and inventory

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Radiology Technology program

Experience:

• Minimum 1 year of experience required

• 2 or more years preferred

• Previous Cath Lab experience strongly preferred, but cross-training available for the right candidate

Licensure & Certifications:

• Registered Radiology Technologist RT(R) or Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) or equivalent, or registry-eligible

• Current BLS certification
