CT Technologist (Full-time, Days)

CT Technologist – Inpatient 

Schedule: Thursday & Friday, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM; Saturday, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM (Days/Evenings)

A respected regional healthcare provider in Flemington, NJ is seeking a skilled CT Technologist to join their imaging team. In this role, you will perform high-quality computed tomography examinations to support accurate and timely diagnoses. You will integrate scientific knowledge and technical skills with compassionate, patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform CT scans including patient positioning, scanner set-up, radiation exposure technique, image acquisition, and post-processing

• Follow all National Patient Safety Goals and organizational policies

• Practice sterile techniques, venipuncture, and establish vascular access

• Obtain and document relevant patient history and symptoms

• Review orders, clearly explain procedures, answer patient questions, and promote patient satisfaction

• Assist physicians with invasive and/or interventional CT procedures

• Maintain department cleanliness and inventory supplies

• Support and mentor student technologists

Collaboration:

• Work with physicians, hospital staff, patients, and their families

• Report to the CT Supervisor

Qualifications:

Education:

• Associate’s degree in Radiologic Sciences (required)

Experience:

• 1–2 years of CT experience preferred but not required

Licensure & Certifications:

• ARRT registry in Radiography (or registry-eligible)

• NJDEP X-ray license

• American Heart Association BLS certification

• CT Registry preferred

Skills & Abilities:

• Strong scientific CT knowledge and technical skills

• Excellent interpersonal skills to interact compassionately and effectively with patients

• Ability to deliver high-quality patient care and diagnostic information
