About the opportunity:

Account Manager will join a successful executive client services team, ensuring effective management of client accounts, including retaining, maximizing and securing business on a regular basis. The ideal candidate will be a highly energetic, motivated and polished professional with a reputation for providing quality customer service. Key Accountability:

  • Efficiently manage client accounts with 100% renewal year over year
  • Provide client advisement and education on service offering, integrating partnership into client policies and procedures, maximizing client benefits
  • Plan, target and execute on upsell opportunities, bundling packages, and service extensions, maximizing client utilization and account penetration
  • Achieve and exceed all allocated new business sales targets
  • Collaborate with implementation and service delivery teams to ensure a positive client experience while identifying all opportunities for cross selling and up-selling to existing accounts
  • Take ownership of entire client management process from on-boarding to utilization, reporting, fielding complaints and internal advocacy on behalf of the client
  • Ensure an advanced understanding of all value proposition of company products and services through pro-active, self-directed eLearning and market research
  • Develop and maintain a sales pipeline for extension opportunities across all service lines.

Compensation / Schedule / Qualifications:

  • Salary is based on experience ( $95-$110K) plus bonus structure with annual earning potential of up to an additional $30K

  • Bachelor’s Degree Required
  • 3-5 years of successful Account Management or Sales Manager experience required
  • Formal Sales Methodology training

  • Proven track record for successful sales execution within a team and individually
