ASSISTANT DIRECTOR OF NURSING (ADON)

A highly reputable organization located in the Southern New Jersey area is seeking a full time, Direct Hire Assistant Director of Nursing ADON to join their Leadership team!

This organization offers their patients care with a variety of settings including; Short Term Rehabilitation Unit, Memory Care Unit, Long Term Care and Specialty Nursing Care.

ASSISTANT DIRECTOR OF NURSING (ADON)

Description:

The ideal candidate for the ADON position will have the following:

• Must have 1 – 2 years of RN Supervisor, Unit Manager or ADON experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility.
• Must be familiar with and understand the State and Federal rules and regulations in order to ensure compliance.

Salary:

• $85,000 - $100,000

ASSISTANT DIRECTOR OF NURSING (ADON)

Requirements:

• NJ RN License
• Prior RN Supervisor, Unit Manager or ADON experience necessary In LTC setting.
• Must have 1 – 2 years of Nursing Supervisory experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility.
• Proven ability to mentor and Lead Effectively and efficiently as a Nurse Manager.
• Must be familiar with rules and regulations, policies and procedures In order to be compliant.
• Desire to work collaboratively across
• Passion for the Geriatric community

Salary and Compensation:

• $85,000 - $100, 000
