Clinical Nurse Manager - Endoscopy, Minor Procedure, and Bronchoscopy Unit 

Location: Philadelphia, PA
Schedule: Monday to Friday

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Clinical Nurse Manager to lead our Endoscopy, Minor Procedure, and Bronchoscopy Unit (EMB). This is a unique opportunity to join a highly regarded cancer care team and oversee a rapidly growing unit with an annual volume of 6,000 procedures.

• Growing Unit: The department is expanding quickly, with over 5,000 cases annually and expected to increase further.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the EMB unit, including RNs, techs, and secretaries.
• Ensure optimal care for both inpatient and outpatient cancer patients.
• Lead and inspire a dedicated team in a fast-paced and supportive environment.
• Drive department growth and efficiency, supporting 4 procedure rooms that handle complex cases like colonoscopies, endoscopies, biopsies, and PEG tube insertions.
• Collaborate with a physician team renowned for their empathy and commitment to patient care.

Ideal Candidate:

• BSN required, Master’s preferred but not essential.
• Extensive leadership experience within a clinical setting.
• GI or Endoscopy experience is highly preferred.
• Certification as a Certified Gastroenterology Nurse (CGRN) is preferred, NOT required.
