Vice President of Clinical Operations

A Mid-Atlantic region operator of Skilled Nursing Facilities is hiring a Vice President of Clinical Operations. The facilities are presently located in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Maryland, and Virginia.

The VP will oversee 4 Regional Nurse Consultants which cover ~25 Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNF's) . The expectation is to work closely with the Regional Nurses and their teams to ensure consistent quality outcomes, prepare for state surveys, assist with plans of correction, and limit legal exposure for ownership.

This organization is only considering candidates with current or recent experience with multi-site clinical oversight and/or consultation. Previous experience as a Director of Nursing in a Skilled Nursing Facility is also required. A Masters of Science in Nursing is preferred, but not required.
