Registered Nurse – Home Care

A large, non-profit home care organization is current seeking experienced FULLTIME, PERMANENT HOME HEALTH REGISTERED NURSES / RN to join their team! This a well-known, hospital affiliated homecare agency that has been serving the Farmington Hills Region for over 50 years.

Territories:

The territory for the Home Caren Registered Nurse will be focused on a specific section of the following counties, based on where the Home Care Registered Nurse lives:

Counties served:

• Washtenaw County
• Wayne County
• Macomb County
• Livingston County
• Oakland County

Scope of Work:

This position is with a non-profit Home Health organization that provides services in the Southeastern Pennsylvania area. They are known amongst the community as a leading provider and as an employee of theirs, you are highly valued and offered the flexibility to enjoy the right mix of a work/life balance.

As a new member of the nursing team, you would receive hands-on training and orientation. The documentation system is user friendly, and all cases would be within a certain radius of your home in Philadelphia.

The Home Care RN will be responsible for making between 25 -30 patient visits per week.

SCHEDULE: Monday – Friday, 8am – 4pm (self-schedule patient visits)

SALARY: $33-46/HR based on years of experience in the industry

Employer Provides: Company Cell Phone & Laptop for documentation as well as Mileage reimbursement

Requirements:

-Valid RN License in the state of MI

-Home Care RN experience preferred

-CPR / BLC Certification

-BSN highly preferred
