Nursing Home Administrator


A premiere Delaware County, PA Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) is confidentially seeking a talented and experienced Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) to lead its facility.


The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience working in skilled nursing operations, as well as at least 2 years running their own building. Experience working through Department of Health surveys would be important to hitting the ground running.


This medium-sized facility is located in southern Delaware county and is owned by a progressive SNF operator which invests in its employees as well as it’s physical plant. The building is supported by a tremendous corporate team which will help with everything from operations to clinical to activities! They have great relationships with their vendors including staffing agencies as needed.
