NP - Primary Care

Overview: GHR Healthcare is seeking Nurse Practitioners who specialize in hospice care to support a client in Bismarck, ND. The role consists of 50% home visits and 50% assisted living facility visits.  

Job Details

• Weekly Pay Range: $3000-$3200 plus mileage reimbursement
• Start Date: 11/04/2024
• Duration: 13 weeks
• Shift: Flexible scheduling; 40 hours per week
• Patient Load: 4-8/day

Job Requirements:

• Required Skills: 3 years' experience as an NP; current NP experience in primary care with a geriatric patient population
• Preferred Skills: Palliative care experience will be considered: home based experience is preferred, but not required
• North Dakota state NP license, Active DEA
