Job Description

A reputable Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) with approximately 400 units is seeking an experienced Admissions Director to join their leadership team. This well-established community focuses on delivering exceptional, person-centered care to its residents.

About the Role: As the Admissions Director, you will be responsible for managing the referral process and ensuring optimal occupancy levels. Your role will involve developing strategies to attract new residents and maintaining strong relationships with referral sources. You will work closely with the Executive Director and other team members to create a customer-friendly admission process while upholding the community's positive public image.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the admissions process, ensuring a seamless experience for residents and families.
  • Develop and nurture referral relationships, effectively communicating admission criteria.
  • Participate in sales training and census development meetings to maximize admissions.
  • Manage marketing databases and assist in developing marketing plans.
  • Ensure compliance with budgetary controls related to marketing efforts.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Competitive salary ranging from $60k to $85k.

Qualifications:
